About Dr. Bones

Dr. Bones received his medical degree at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. He is a  rheumatologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of arthritis and related diseases. Board certified in internal medicine, and a fellow and laureate of the American College of Physicians, he had an active clinical practice and also placed a priority on medical education and research. Medical students and residents regularly completed clinical rotations in his practice. His accomplishments include publication of papers, as well as serving as principal investigator of numerous clinical research trials for pharmaceuticals used in treating rheumatologic diseases. Dr. Bone's faculty appointments included professor of clinical internal medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine, section of Rheumatology, at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, and adjunct clinical professor of rheumatology at the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a founding fellow of the American College of Rheumatology.
